HMC Property Management was founded by Hannah Craig in 2026. After years working across hospitality and property, Hannah set out to build something different — a small, considered portfolio of serviced accommodation managed with the personal attention you simply don't get from large operators.

Every property is hand-picked. Every guest is welcomed personally. Every owner partnership is approached as a long-term relationship, not a transaction.

Today, HMC operates in Faversham, with a clear vision to grow thoughtfully across Kent and Surrey — without ever losing the founder-led feel that defines the business.
